oooo, cool page! I’m around 98% sure I have OSDD (I have all of the general symptoms) but I haven’t been diagnosed by a medical professional so take everything I say with a grain of salt (or sugar, if you prefer!)

sure! The form of OSDD that I’m pretty sure I have in called none-switching, which means even though I have distinct alters I am always in at least partially control of my body so, for example, i won’t have blackout episodes or fragmented memories like someone with DID might. My alters are me (Zale, he/him), Fern (she/her), and one that hasn’t picked a name yet (she uses she/her though <3)
